A Healthy Community

Clinic Services provides primary health care services to medically indigent adults and eligible adults and children, and provides public health care to all Sacramento county residents.

(County Clinics do not handle medical emergencies please call 911 if you have a medical emergency.)

Who is Eligible for Clinic Services:

Public health services are available to all residents of Sacramento County. Charges for public health services vary. Primary care services are provided to Sacramento County residents who do not have medical insurance and meet the eligibility criteria for CMISP (County Medically Indigent Services Program) - Case Management.
