The County of Sacramento CHDP Program is a free health program for infants, children, and teens providing complete health exams and immunizations for Medi-Cal eligible (ages 0 to 21) and moderate income (ages 0 to 19) children.
Further evaluation and treatment of health problems found during the CHDP exam may be paid by Medi-Cal or other County/State programs.
Spanish interpreters are available at the phone number below. A language line may be used for all other languages.
