Birth & Beyond is a home visitation program that provides family support services to pregnant women and families with new babies, 0 - 3 months of age. Families may continue to participate until their youngest child reaches age five.
The goal of the program is to help build strong families, meet the needs of growing babies, and ensure that every baby receives medical care.
