Adult Medi-Cal recipients who are experiencing mental health problems that disrupt or interfere with daily living may be eligible for free and confidential counseling and psychiatric services. Services include individual and group counseling on a time limited basis, medication assessment, administration and education. Services are provided at a select number of local community counseling agencies and at an outpatient Sacramento County Mental Health Clinic.
