Online Disease Reporting Debuts in Sacramento County

The County of Sacramento Public Health Division has implemented a Confidential Morbidity Reporting system called WebvCMR that has been available to internal staff since August 2005. This application now allows health providers in the Sacramento region, who have online access, to report cases of communicable disease directly and in real time to Sacramento County Public Health.

If your office already has an Internet connection, there are no direct hard costs associated with using this  Sacramento Division of Public Health web site. You may see a savings in time by not having to copy a blank CMR form, handwrite the information and then fax it to Sacramento Public Health.

The following documents describe the self-registration process/logon process and a quick reference to using the application. If you have questions or want additional documentation on the application, please call 875-5881 and request to speak with the WebvCMR administrator.
